The women's-specific Verve 7 hydration pack is lightweight and sleek, with 400 cubic inches of space dedicated to your bike gear and accessories. The compact size and easy maneuverability make it ideal for recreational mountain biking, day hiking, and running.

The Verve 7 includes a LidLock clip for attaching a bike helmet.

The Verve 7 is equipped with a ventilated spacer mesh back panel that comes in a shorter torso size customized for a woman's body type. The pack's built-in BioStretch harness and detachable webbing hipbelt, meanwhile, help distribute weight evenly across your frame. As a result, the pack won't weigh you down even as the miles stretch into the dozens. The harness includes a built-in magnet for quick bite-valve attachment, while the hipbelt offers a straight ErgoPull closure to ensure a secure fit.

To guarantee hydration while on the trail, the pack comes with a 2-liter Nalgene engineered HydraForm reservoir that fits inside a dedicated HydraLock hydration compartment. The HydraForm reservoir is simple to remove, clean, and fill, with a rigid handle and large-mouth cap. Cyclists will also love the Verve 7's variety of bike-specific features. The LidLock clip system, for instance, makes it a breeze to attach a bike helmet to the Verve 7, so you don't have to waste space inside the pack.
